Add pkg-config support to package

Adding pkg-config support to the project would make it simpler for other applications to take advantage of the blink1 library.

Hi! What is pig-config exactly? Google is turning up stuff about pig.apache.org which not what you’re referring to, I think.

You mean for blink1-lib, yes? That is a good idea.
