Add GroupMe notifications

A user has asked for GroupMe integration to "blink whenever a message comes to GroupMe groups and DM's". Seems like a reasonable request.

After investigating the GroupMe API at: https://dev.groupme.com/ this seems like it may be possible: https://dev.groupme.com/tutorials/push but would require at least two weeks of dev work.

Hi Tod, I'm just rattling the chain! After watching my Blink(1) do it's thing every day for email, I'm hoping the GroupMe integration is still possible. Thanks! - jvp
