Add proxy support in Prefs

We used to have proxy support in v1. How to add it back?

Can we use something like https://github.com/felicienfrancois/node-electron-proxy-agent ?

Tried using global-tunnel but it had an issue with needle failing in IftttSearcher. I did enable proxy support in IftttSearcher though.
