Add Outlook support for Windows Blink1Control2

Is it possible to incorporate the basic functionality outlined here: https://github.com/sajingeo/blink1/blob/master/outlook.py into Blink1Control2? Need to see if we can get MAPI.session or equivalent access in Node.
