Hello. Nice emacs package. 😄

The toggle-quotes does not appear to work for web-mode template files.

<link rel='stylesheet' href="..." />

Attempting to flip 'stylesheet' to "stylesheet" didn't work for me. Is it possible to add this feature or am I doing something wrong?
