[1866] Buying stock turn token causes incorrect resolution of single-item auction

In the linked game, AHE is up for bidding during the initial auction. Two players have placed bids

Arne: 10 zabergau: 30

zabergau's bid is equal to all of his remaining cash. At this point in the game Cthompson purchased a Stock Turn token, the game somehow removed zabergau from the set of active bidders and awarded AHE to Arne for 10.

Cloned a hotseat and found that this does not occur if:

• Cthompson passes instead of buying the stock turn token
• zabergau's bid was less than 30

In the same hotseat game, I am also able to reproduce the bug by having the player before Cthompson, Robot_Uprising, purchase the stock turn token
