[18 India] Show claimed commodities on Info tab

On the Info tab, where there is one line unclaimed_commodities I suggest replacing it with this:

MR: Gold, Cotton, Jewelry, Tea, Spices, Ore SPD: Oil NCR: Opium, Rice Unclaimed Commodities: None
