Remove URL tracking when opening an external link

It would be nice to have a feature like https://github.com/Smile4ever/Neat-URL (or even the simpler Lean URL this is a fork of) to remove tracking parameters when opening an external link outside WebApps. Allowing outgoing links to maintain tracking parameters partially defeats the purpose of this app, since it's possible for both the tracking company and the visited external website to link the user to the sandboxed websites they were coming from. Obviously there's a risk that this might break some legitimately useful parameters (some website can use this to pass state within a web application), so there could be an option to selectively turn the filtering off.
