[ENHANCEMENTS] Templates for Proxy hosts / virtual directories

When I create a new proxy host via the UI, I always need to manually turn on HSTS headers which is unhandy. The same is with the uptime monitor. I don't use for many services, so I turn it off most of the time, but I need to do this for every host separately. A template or global option would be nice in this case.

It should work like this: You once create a template and set the preferred options and Zoraxy uses them when going to the "Create proxy rule" site. If I now need exceptions, I only need to do this once.

+1 for this, same for HEADERS -- create a template with headers like X-Frame-Options etc to use if a proxy host is created
