[ENHANCEMENTS] Import blocklist of IP addresses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there is no way to mass import a list of IP addresses to quickly block. This makes blocking services such as Meta / Facebook or OpenAI very hard as every IP address has to be filled in manually

Describe the solution you'd like A way to load a TXT file that contains only IP addresses which will get added into the blocklist

Additional context I'm currently specifically looking at the IP address lists that are specified here

I've actually found a slight workaround for the time being by just following these steps #171 . It works but it isn't the ideal solution and being able to input multiple IP's or load them from a file would be much better.

yes, an import of ip blocks - or autoimport of its would be great
