[ENHANCEMENTS] Improve GUI/user experiance saving config under HTTP Proxy config

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When i edit config under HTTP proxy, e.g enable TLS config on upstream. You can hit save icon, but then you must click off the element to minimize the panel, to then hit second save button on main page. Very clunky and slightly confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like Saving on sub pages should save config. Or remove save from sub pages and only save on main page.
