[ENHANCEMENTS] ACL add multi range ip one step

maybe possible to add multi ip range in one step on ACL white/black list...

actually not possible, it's necessary to add one ip or one range and if a user have most ip/range it's to long to add it (most time... 😔 )

maybe in config file directly ?
