[Bug] Loading Bug in Beta

Here's a strange, albeit mostly inconsequential, bug in all instances of the online beta and about three-quarters of the time on all other instances: The "loading" spinner doesn't spin. Well, sort of. It spins, but the animation doesn't proceed as it should. I'll see if I can get a screen recording, but you can just check the beta.

I think that happens on all versions with a large-enough save. My guess (could be very wrong) is that the running JavaScript is blocking something else
