the boundingbox of BBBC041 is weird

I get the data from https://bbbc.broadinstitute.org/BBBC041/, I draw the annotations bbox in the pictures ,I found the location of the bboxes are uncorrect . how to understand the annotations, like {"bounding_box": {"minimum": {"r": 961, "c": 1338}, "maximum": {"r": 1089, "c": 1479}}. hope you can show me . thanks very much
