today , update it ,but find it is not working

I have the same issue, I am using rvm and I've tried using previous versions of ruby, from 2.0 to 2.4 (current stable) and also 1.9 and 1.8. I have the exact issue with all 2.X versions of ruby, the 1.X version give also a different error (but they are now unmaintained).
