API endpoints need error handling

We have no error handling at all currently.

The metadata can be done relatively easily. We need to add stuff like a count of how many results there were.

Scraper needs to get updates

We need to scrape the updates section of the metal archives, parse that data and figure out how to make the equivalent changes to our database.
