For some reason the healing scale is wrong. Doesn't heal as much as it should.

Note: Death Knight, not Warlock Death Coil.

UPDATE `spell_bonus_data` SET `ap_bonus` = 0.18 WHERE `entry` = 47633;

I'm still unsure about these values but at least now it matches values that shown in Dr.Damage addon
