When you cast the spell instantly given, the buff dissapears once the DAMAGE is done, so with some luck you can cast two of them in a row with only one procc.

i think this isn't a bug, atleast there is no info that says that it shouldn't happen

You won't see it happen on retail I think. =P

Well I can no longer afford a retail subscription myself, could someone else please look this up?
