this spell is bugged, bcs it gives to priest mana only from one target

if you use power word shield to many targets and then all your targets are dispelled, you must become mana from all targets as in this video time 2:33

it's bugged on retail ^^ talent clearly states that it has 12 seconds cooldown and it works in TC

And wthat you are traying to say that trinity fixed the immpossible to fix blizzard bug? Only becouse of this disc pve priests existed... couse its the only way to restore mana...
