[Spell - Rogue] Instant posion

poison rogue instant poison http://www.wowhead.com/item=43231 - seems to have a formula for increased damage, about 200-300 more damage than it should. where should I look to change the formula?

as we can see from http://www.wowwiki.com/Instant_Poison coeff is 0.10 of attack power and we already have these values in spell_bonus_data table. So problem somewhere else, as i see damage is randomized somehow
