[BG] Re-Enter after disconnect

Bug: If a person disconnects while in battleground then when the person logs back he/she will be kicked out of BG and have the debuff.

How it should be: On retail once disconnected you have a some time to connect back into the BG. (I would assume it's same time as it takes to become afk (5 minutes), although I don't have any proof for this)

There is a fix for this problem here: https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/issues/90 I was wondering if you could take a look at it.
