[Racial] Command

I'm sooooooooooooo confused..

http://www.wowwiki.com/Racial_trait At Orc it says Command also increases damage done by Shaman's pets, but the tooltip doesn't say so in-game or on wowhead. At retail orc shamans start with Command. For some reason orc hunters start with two versions of Command. The one used by DKs/Hunter/Wlocks and one that says ''Damage dealt by pets increased by 5%". ID is 20576.

Orcs start with wrong Command spell as racial.
