the main bug is that talent does not inccrease dmg againts bosses, in pvp againts players it works fine, againts mobs too, on bosses not, but it must work
for boss case it increases damage only from "attack speed decreasing" effects, that's why blizz done this change (added attack slows to this talent). And ofc it already works in this way after one of my commits in official repo

I tested rank 1 frost bolt on mobs and it does work, but on bosses not, maybe DB problem in immunity mask, I am using YTDB, but when is boss immune to snared, so TTW will not work?
bcs in YTDB 90% of all bosses are immune to snared so ttw againts them dont work, i tested with my pally JoJ it has been applied on boss but mage does not deal 12% graater :( thunder clap too, this ability does not apply to boss
hm, maybe they also immuned to attack slows in your DB, or some commits are broke my fix :/ Can't test for now, I'm busy with scripting :P
