not easy to fix... I've already tried once, and now i think that it should be done like a hack in ProcDamageAndSpellFor, can't find any other way

Well, hacks are not applied to official repo but it's still better than nothing. ;)

EDIT. Maybe you could add a new 'thing' to the core like Shauren did? https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/commit/5f5af1e95d4188eef88c12544b8d1b5dfbf2d86a
