Two finger scroll affects window content below

Using two finger scroll with the action key also affects the content below. For example zooming above chrome scrolls the page and/or zooms the page in and out in chrome as well. I'm using control+scroll.

I use meta and it's a bit better but still not 100% simply because of it's Gnome bug, not but of this extensions.
