README.adoc: fixed some typos

Hello, I've come along your page while checking some other tool. Will give it a try, since I am also using draw.io and C4.

I've noticed some typos with "a/an" and some doubling of words in the last paragraph.

Also: the page shown at https://tobiashochguertel.github.io/c4-draw.io/ shows some outdated version with typos, which are already fixed in your github-repo? Do you have to manually trigger an update?
