Nice idea! Is "…" next to such a changed/added file/folder something common on Desktop? Or how would you show this option?

That sounds like a valid approach. At step 5 (sync error in activity list) we shall come up with a good explanation: File cannot be synced because it exists already...

In which folder will these actions then happen? Upload always in root folder? Or can user select this when adding this widget (e.g. always upload to /Images/)?
