Support Redis as Dedup store and Snapshot store

Redis could be used as a quick snapshot store and even as dedup store in order to apply idempotency. Commands could potentially have an idempotency id and we could provide a combinator (dedup) in order to automatically use a "Dedup" store and avoid performing the same operation multiple times.
