Upgrade to Scala 3

All scala dependecies have a scala 3 version. Did you think about upgrading?

Absolutely. Also akka? That was the dependency limiting the upgrade

It seems akka now supports scala 3. I will start working on it in December. The difficult part is the macro but it is totally feasible.
