Wrong signature count in validation summary. Bug?

I'm using the ubuntu-packaged '0.8+git20170804-0ubuntu1' version of validns. When analyzing one of my zonefiles, the summary says 'signatures verified: 10', but I'm only able to count 8 RRSIG records in the file. See attached zonefile and note that it has the same id for two different keys.
