Don't show revisions that don't have any data for a particular exe

In the Changes view, the revision list (combo box) updates based on which project it is selected. So executables inside the same project share the same revision list. That can lead to having a selected revision, selecting another executable, and getting an empty chantes table.

Users shouldn't have to guess which rev/exe combination has data and which not.
