sequans_sdio sleep and wake issue

WTF WIMAX

it seems there is a bug with the sleep policy in this chip with all non-HTC kernels. in 2.6.34 i thought it was working and gave it little scrutiny because of the lack of wimax in cm. now we have wimax and ive found that this damn chip doesnt sleep right, or actually it could be resuming right instead. either way if you turn the panel of and wait no more then 3 minutes you will find the chip fails to resume and restarts itself. in 2.6.34 the chip just flat out fails to sleep so obviously the restarting isnt an issue. but it not sleeping is ;p what i have so far committed has the chip sleeping in a manner i believe to be correct. its on wake that it gets ugly. any insite or review of this would be awesome. im currently looking into it. could be a number of things really so the more eyes the better :)
