Possible resource leak due to validator integration

In the validatorIntegration branch, something related to the validator is leaking resources, and after a while the validator stops working.

The following bare-bones test case works for about five reload cycles until it throws an exception at createKernel: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9603067/webcl-validatortest.html. The only known remedy is to close and restart the browser.
