[bug]Multiple executeables left running after use, taking up alot of resources.

Don't know how it happened first time I noticed it, but some extra code to prevent this from happening/force closing others might be a good idea. Image below. ss (2021-08-21 at 23 56 06)

Hey, I've got a problem with this too. My problem might not be related to mpv itself since I'm using the RPC for IINA, but I've only seen two discord processes running at the same time so far taking up about 80-90% CPU. This usually happens if I leave IINA open and kill the actual Discord app, but it seems like this bug is affecting MacOS as well as Windows.
