Show download/upload speed for each allowed application

Add ability to show download/upload speed for each allowed application in programs UI ( it's so useful to determine what application eating bandwidth at the real-time).

Process Hacker 3 is very useful program:

  • "Firewall" tab to monitor WFP events
  • Tray icon -> Network to monitor applications' bandwidth

I tested Process Hacker 3, and it's impressive. But I hope if you just implement this feature in programs UI ( speed meter in front of each allowed applications) as a part of FortFirewall. I don't know how difficult to implement this feature, but I believe it makes FortFirewall more powerful.
