[QUESTION] Setting Image size limit?

Hi, How can we limit the file size of photos that can be added to the editor? An 8-10mb photo can be automatically converted to base64 and saved to the database. This takes up a lot of space in the database and causes recall or display times to be very long. Can we limit the file size that can be uploaded?
