Setting `default-command` for OSX seems to cause split issue

I'm not sure how to handle this tbh… I've been wrestling with this issue here: https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/issues/5699

And after @jtomaszewski's comment, I was able to confirm that when I commented out tmux-sensible in my plugin config, the split window issue goes away.
