activity-add assign

• moodle version: 2.7.13 build 20160331
  • database: Oracle 11.2.0.3.0
• php version: 5.4.16
• operating system: RHEL7

Actual behaviour

moosh -n activity-add assign 6524 creates an assignment with all the submission types disabled, even though I have them set as defaults.

Expected behaviour

Submission types be on as per system defaults

Steps to reproduce

As above

Can I pass an option to avoid turning the submission types off?
