Is this one ready, as openssl/web#357 has been merged?
The unit tests failures under Mac OS X are intermittent... every other test seems to pass/fail.
@mattcaswell sent out an email about getting PRs approved before beta, so I'm pushing for this one...

@richsalz has stepped away from OpenSSL development, so I'll be updating these PRs from the akamai/openssl repository.
I agree that algorithms might be useful. `-cert_comp` has a specific purpose on the server, but could be used on the client to simply ignore sending compressed certs.
I'll take a look when I get a chance. Is it only with ZLIB? What about Brotli and Zstd?
