Suggestion: changing demos and snapshots behaviour

Auto-recorded demos end up in "valve\results", but can't be played since the game requires demos to be in "valve" to be played.

Manually recorded demos end up in "valve", which can be messy.

Both automatic and manually taken snapshots end up in "valve", messy as well.

It'd be better if everything is organized in "results" folder with the following subfolders: Snapshots, Screenshots, Recorded Demos, Console Dump (condump), Logs (results_log_chat, results_log_other) and demos can be played directly from that subfolder instead of only "valve".
