Added cl_show_server_triggers_* cvars (related to plugin PR)

Waiting for final response from plugin side, so not need to reject or merge for now, I just do it in advance

Although it’s alright that all this was not got merged, because now I’m going to add the ability to draw by polygons if the data available as I done in https://github.com/YaLTeR/OpenAG/pull/186 request
