Improve chat symbols 'и'/'й'

Letters и/й too thin: image image May be AA or something...

I tried to fix it some time ago. I'll look into it again when I have time. Also, anti-aliasing is broken for fonts with shadows.

I meant the reason ;) I don't concern to have any effects for fonts.

The drop shadow is there to make text easier to read on different backgrounds. I'd rather have a few difficult to read characters than unreadable text when the map is too bright
