Loosing mouse control when exiting chat.

You gain the control back upon entering the menu

I tested this, it seems to happen with certain resolutions. What happens is, when you open the chat box the mouse cursor shows up. Depending on your resolution, the cursor will be either inside or outside the chat box. The bug occurs when it's outside.

In my case (I have a 1920x1080 monitor), this happens with the following resolutions:

1600x900
1440x900
1366x768
1360x768
1280X800
1280X720
