Mouse stops working if killed while sending a message

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Open the chat box in-game.
2. Move the mouse until cursor shows up.
3. Get killed (step 2 can be done after this one as well).
4. Send a message either you typed something or not, doesn't matter.
5. Try moving the mouse, won't move at all.

A solution for this is opening and closing console or chat box again.

Tested both 4554 and 8684 with m_input 1

Same issue, but for me it happens while opening chat, motd or scoreboard menu without being killed. I use Raw Input

Steps to reproduce in my scenario:

1. Open chat.
2. Close chat by pressing Enter. (mouse would still work, repeat the process)
3. Open chat.
4. Close chat by pressing Enter.
5. Mouse won't work until the you open console.

I tried this, same issue but for me it's:

1. Open chat.
2. Move mouse until cursor shows up.
3. Close chat pressing Enter.
4. Mouse won't move.
