CAPITALIZATION + Censoring small bug

If you have the [Format Text] set to ALL UPPERCASE and have words typed into [Censored Words] in lowercase it will keep the edges of the censored word lowercase Not a program breaking bug, but a smallfix to make these edges capitalized would help especially in the case a user is using a long csv of lowercase words to censor
