Refreshing subtitles does nothing
So, maybe I'm not getting this right, but from my understanding, if I make any changes to the generated subtitles in the timeline - I have to click on the "refresh" button for any changes to be visible in the script GUI on the right.
I've tried to do that while selecting the right video track, selecting just the edited subtitle, selecting all of them, but that button still does nothing, and nothing appears in DR console.
By changing the subtitle I mean either the timing of it, or the contents. Like a spelling mistake. Am I being dumb?
+1, seems the newer version doesn't support the same feature of the older v1... hope to see this fixed soon!
Have the same problem. Really annoying, when you want to export a correct srt.
Would be very greatful for a fix.
I installed AutoSubs V2 on Davinci Resolve 19.1.3 Build 7 Windows 11, and have the same issue. The transcription gets 1-2 words wrong that I consistently reference in my VO (the name of software is Tines, and it always chooses times). Doesn't seem possible to edit in the AutoSubs window/app, so I edit in Davinci timeline. Refreshing in Autosubs does nothing as far as I can tell. Export does work, but it will be the exported initial transcription, not any fixed.
App is definitely useful as is vs a lot of the other options, but a basic feature should be the ability to edit the transcription preferably before it adds to the timeline, but if it can be done after the fact too, then don't see the issue. Exports should export any updated transcriptions.
I wonder if there's any update on this issue, it's the only real issue I see with this amazing tool. I don't have a normal name so everytime I need to fix it.
