Load matchers

Update tests so they are passing. Add the loadMatchers function to load built-in and custom matchers. Add test for custom matcher.

@tmornini Please take a look at this. It's something I have been wanting for a while and hopefully this is a good solution for allowing users to provide custom matchers without having to use long regexps in their tests.
