remove webdrivers from example_usage as duplicate and add reconstruct…

To reduce duplicated copies in repo, changed some pom.xml

• no need to have web_drivers in example_usage. The user can have them thru building by resource plugin.
• Also, run.bat/sh always will use identical jar file from codeless_test-0.0.9-jar-with-dependencies.jar to codeless-jar-with-dependencies.jar
