Translations update from Hosted Weblate for SMS Import / Export/UI Strings.

I see that most / all of your changes involve removing the spaces between words and the following ellipses. Omitting the space is definitely not standard in English; standards in other languages may vary..

I'm certainly not going to accept a change to the English strings; if you want to change other languages, please document the standards for those languages.
