Further clarify setup instructions in README.md + other issues

Some project instructions are not entirely clear yet. Items I can think of right now:

  • [x] How to get Google Spreadsheet API keys (as a private app, for the time being)
  • [ ] Decide and describe which license to use
  • [ ] Add Travis CI badge
  • [ ] any other?
